Default Responding to Phone Teardowns

After a hard day working in another district was on the long drive in and dispatch diverted us to a truck in the lines. Truck had driven hard into a 100pr. messenger lash. So hard it had ripped into the first 8 feet of the box vans top. Phone company wouldn't respond and was telling driver to just back out from "under" it. Like talking to India for PC help. It's so frustrating when the phone bones won't respond to their own infastructure. Worse when bad advice is given remotely. Anyway- we got involved trying to remove the truck and it wouldn't let go. Against dispatch's and phone co's wishes we rigged it and cut it on both sides of the truck and off he drove with strand and cable cut into the roof. Our local phone utility won't respond and we end up doing alot of work for them. Frustrating.
