      One of the questions bandied about is the fact that the U.S. wants the Wikileaks guy found and arrested by Interpol and Nigeria wants Interpol to arrest Cheney and extradite him. Since the U.S. has an extradition agreement with Nigeria it is gonna take some fancy negotiations to make the U.S. authorities not look like hypocrites.

      I would bet Cheney never sets foot in Nigeria.
