Does SELCAT have work

Ok, I'm a level 1 or 2 (NLC, And 1,800+ hours working in the field). So hot work wont be my issue for a few years. my main concern now is a paycheck for my family, and improving in the trade. I heard this is were to come for that. or in one of the 9 areas, just didn't know if one area was better for work, or has more work than another.

Right now there is plenty of work in the North East and Ohio area's.
