USA is and always has been nonunion. I believe the company was started by a couple of Utility hands from the east somewhere who won the lottery and started the company.

Man! Was I off base on this one! Sorry!
I used to see them picking up stock or at bid meetings. I ALWAYS thought they were union.

Thanks for the info guys.. We are in contact with the crews that are here and they seem like a good bunch. More to follow on this as our contract expires on April 30th. Don't want to say too much as you never know who reads these things but honestly thanks!!

Can I ask what company you work for? If you don't want to say that's OK too.
    Good luck!

Sure does!! Don't know if they have any takers but we have until the 30th of April. Guess you can't blame a company for being prepared but you also can't blame a Local for prepareing themselves.

SURE, they will give the SCABS big $ to cross the picket line but will plead poverty in negotiations. Just like in our strike, it cost them millions to have the SCABS in there but they couldn't afford to give us anything. They wanted concessions from us so they could keep the meters turning. What a bunch of bull$#!t. The execs still got their bonuses though. They will try to jam this down your throats but you don't have to swallow.
