      Dominion/VA Power annnounced march 1,2010 that they would being cutting work force by 6% roughly 1000 employees managment and onion by offering servants packages. Employees last day April 1,2010.

      Huh? Same sh!t happened here on the gas side! Let me guess....they're in the "Best financial shape they've been in but the work load hs dropped"? Even though the work force never really ramped up enough to catch the past buildin boom and the work force today is half of what it was 15-20 years ago!
