      Default Plumbing a new Pole with a Plumb bob

      Hello, I'm a new apprentice in the line trade, and I didn't attend line school. I'm on an overhead distribution crew rebuilding a 15-mile line. However, I'm having trouble plumbing the pole with a plumb bob. Can someone explain some of the terms that I hear my crew using, like 'half a pole top out,' 'full pole top out,' or 'two-pole top out?
