    Default Ireland fibre today. '

    Have to put picture up in black and white or it exceeds the " file limit".
    Anyway running a few spans of fibre today and if it was in color you would see that it was a nice sunny day.

    Appears that your running the fiber up in the primary area, is it non conductive? and if in the primary area it must be for use by the electric co. and not for commercial communication true?

    Yes and no....
    yes the fibre is non conductive... But it is for comercial use .. It's being run on transmission lines , then on the " primary". And then on the Lviv system. It's a joint project between the electricity board , a phone company ( vodaphone ) and our company " Sierra " It is following the exact same route as the electricity. , Right up to the customers house. If they have an underground service we bring it in that way. If overhead we follow the same route.
