    Here is two vids,now I want your opinion on what caused these faults.The second one looks to be primary getting together on the slack span.But its hard to really tell.Its 19.9 by the way.Here is the first,so take a guess on what started it all.........https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJn1-bpYi0Y......................ok here is the hard one,for me anyway,we have lots of these types of slack spans in our area and I dont know why....short video,transission line over the 19.9........so where is the fault coming from? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wb_yKZ4wHVw

    I can't believe it reclosed so many times. You would think that there was a ground sensor on there that would have relayed out when it single phased or when the concentric neutral was burning like that. At the end it looks like all the switchgear in the building is on fire or maybe a pad mount. The cause could have been a poorly installed terminator on the underground riser. Cringe worthy video.
