What is the best brand arms???
which type??
round or square???

we have all square jibs

Company I work for is fixing to purchase I don't believe the money thing maters on this

Anything round is always more durable than a square or rectangle.
I suggest round

Square is fine, what is more important is the boom it is mounted to. You want an 8' fully hydraulic with 270 degrees rotation, Altec has finally come out with one, not as smooth as Posi but it works. Also get a jib head that both has the wire holder as well as letting you use the winch.
