If it's any consolation, one of your safety supervisors went from being the Nstar campus security guard to safety supervisor. Another one become a safety supervisor because he was hurt on the job and he wasn't a lineman before that. Don't be so cynical, the company just spent a lot of money to blow smoke up the costomer's butts.
