Utility lineman shortage

Now watch the video,at first it doesnt look like electrical lines are down.But they are....well not many of years in the past this would have been done by centerpoint energy lineman.Matter of fact they would have sent their large trouble crew or pulled another crew off of a job to make repairs here.Those days are gone it looks like,The contractor here is North Houston Pole and Line.....one call from centerpoint.....the contractor aint going to say no....So is that happening where you are?.....Centerpoint has a logo...(always There).....maybe that should be NHP&L'S logo. http://www.click2houston.com/news/bi...trict/30240402
