Thats also a cool traffic light signal you have.I used to have one,but mine was large and had green,yellow and red...you could plug it in an electrical socket....yours seem to have some age,,,which makes it better.

Actually it's a "signal beacon" from what I am able to find out about it, police or fireman would turn it on when enroute to or at the station. I also have the signal box which I have fully restored. The beacon is next up
