Has anyone ever experienced a Form 6 recloser control digital display freezing up? The display is currently showing Alternate settings, and it says to revert, use, or go back. We try to push back but nothing happens.. We can push the change button and toggle on and off supervisory, ground etc. But we can't look at instantaneous metering, alarms, battery information due to the frozen screen.
