OF COURSE we know the north koreans sunk that south korean ship.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

North Koreans are **** serious. Forget the Korean War? 3 years and 30 plus thousand deaths for Americans. That's a much larger rate than the wars going on now.

Remember the USS Pueblo? Remember those Americans who were hacked to death in the DMZ with axes? Seems serious to me.

Remember the Gulf of Tonkin Incident? That was a put up thing by our govt., and only about half true. Read Commander, later Admiral Stockdale's account of it.

Probably the N. Koreans did sink that ship. They could easily have hit an abandoned mine maybe. Those two have been sniping and killing one another since 53.

As far as dismissing the N. Koreans as small potatos. I don't agree.

I will never think of the North Koreans as small potatoes........They killed my uncle, and I take that pretty freaking personal, as did my dad and his parents and siblings.

Low down dirty sobs........they are just as deplorable as the terrorists and their cronies that blew up the Trade Center, Sadam Hussein and company, as that scumbag whose name I cant even pronounce who rules Iraq.

There **** sure should be something done about the illegal border crossings of the Mexicans, but ****, they arent coming over here with bombs, chanting anti-American rhetoric, these other sobs that thrive as a country on keeping their people submissive through lies and brutal force, and who pray for the demise of the USA, and have dreams of taking down any other country that they can, THEY are the MAJOR problem in this world today. **** them all straight to hell.

Thanks MI, it is nice to see some still respect the men who gave their lives for this country, and when that same threat rears its ugly evil head again, that it is not something to take lightly.

I didnt know my uncle(which is the sad part for me) but my dad would never talk about it(that is how he dealt with grief and sadness), never a tear, he just wouldnt talk about it so I know it changed his life forever, as Franklin was his only full brother. My dad joined the army right after his brother was killed, at the age of 17(he must have been a good liar), but they sent him to France instead, he was intent on going to Korea, but I guess it is that "sole surviving son" thing.

Below is a list of veterans killed in the line of duty from the county my dad lived in when his brother was killed. It goes back to World War I.:(

Yup. Heelwinch, this is about SR., Look I am on your side here, you are a old, retired, dude in a wheel chair, nobody will talk to you on here, You say you were a union lineman, but you seem to be another Pike fan, you just want someone to talk to, I get it, lets see if this helps.

Attention all powerlineman.com members, Heelwinch would like you to talk with him, he is old and fragile, he tends to ramble, hasn't really posted anything useful, I think he spent alot of time operating euipment, not much air time, but he cannot wait to share his stories about the good old days.:o

Will somebody please be nice to him so he dose not bother me, help this rat lovin, shell of a man. Pathetic and sad really.

Thank you for your kindess, as I will continue to try and deal with the real problem on this board, the legend himself, the one, the only Swamprat.

I can't even remember the last time I got laid... but judging from the frustration in your tone.... you got me beat.
You might feel like you have me figured out, but I actually prefer to type my conversations, as I still have a terrible slurr.
I have never really been much of a "shop" talker. Most the real men like yourself and father built lines long into the night sitting on your bar stool, while I was stalking whitetail with anyone who'd listen.
I did what ever job had to be done to keep me on the job. But I spent most my time in the air, a fair portion operating crane, and willing to bet quite a bit more than you on a shovel.

SwampRat JR.
05-21-2010, 09:08 PM
Yup.:cool:Heelwinch, no worries, the ladies love them some JR.

Ok, back to SR., Who here does not know that SR. thinks Obama is a Oreo, socialist, marxist, MR'er, who is wreckin merica.

Who here does not know that SR. is a draft dodging chickenhawk, union hating, Rush lovin, self lovin, narcissist.

Who here does not know SR. likes #6 copper on his belt, floats the high side neutral on a wye/wye bank, doesn't like talkin shop, paint by numbers lineman.

See here is how I see it, If he would just stay down in the basement, talk all he wants, rant all he wants, if you swampupits want to respond to the idiot, knock yourselves out, but he brings his **** into every other forum, ****in up the whole site, he hates unions, all he says is what he reads other guys write, then chimes in and ****s the whole thing up. He don't know **** about linework, any of the real technical **** that some guys on here really do know, they ain't guessing they know it.

He wrecks the site for alot of people, no matter how many times they prove him to be the fool, he just keeps talkin and talkin, and the funny thing is because they go away, he thinks he is right in his own simple mind. I sure showed them he thinks.

How many times over the years, 8,700 posts and counting, he is reponsible for 8% of the posts on this site, has he changed any of your minds on issues. Well there ya go.

SwampRat JR.
05-21-2010, 10:25 PM
Yup:cool:SR., this site is not about you, thats kind of the point, you think it is. What does the issuse this country face have to do with with linework, other than guys being out of work. You again SR., champion big business, lineman are just **** lucky they let us work for them, ain't that right SR.

There are plenty of political sites to blog on, Rep. and Dem., why not talk there, is it because there you are not the legend you are here on this site, I mean your swamprat here, you have taken a linemans site and turned it into your own little twisted political talk show, like your hero Rush, this is your site, ain't it SR..

You need to step back and see how ****ed up you really are, you don't love linework, you love yourself, you have made a site that could be pretty ****in cool into a joke. Why post here unless you want the opinion of a rat lineman, he will just keep sayin the same thing until ya go away. Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah.

You the man SR., the man who ****ed up a great site.

SwampRat JR.
05-22-2010, 11:07 AM
Yup. Here is a little something to think about SR., powerlineman.com, 2120 members, at most in a night maybe 150 viewers, maybe 10 to 20 posters.

Why would you join a site if you did not have something you wanted to say, an opinion that you wanted heard. You SR., have seen them come and go, but most do not want to argue or be called names by the legend, Swamprat, you are the one common thread, why do you think it is your right of freedom of speech to act like a radical, childish, racist, bully.

Yup.... If ya don't like what I have to say ignore my posts, ain't that right SR., It is my right as an American, as my right to freedom of speech, not to be censored or held accountable for what you say, ain't that right SR.

You know SR., ya seem to be hung up on wtdoor, We all know he is Danny Brown, one sharp Journeyman lineman, your always cryin about SBatts, We all know he is Steve Batts, another sharp Journeyman lineman, at least they have served in the military, they don't hide behind some handle, these socialist, marxists, Democrat, Union, MR.er's, have proven they know their work, they are no chickenhawk, Republican, rat lineman, with the answers to everything, and they are not trying to convert anyone to anything, they present facts, they do not guess when it comes to their work.

So SR., either get some kind of credentials to back up your mouth, or shut the **** up, quit wreckin the site with your same old tired worn out opinions, 8,700 posts is not, "time in trade" so to speak, it just shows you can't back what you say, it is just your opinion, but your opinion is wrong, has no substance or you would not repeat the same thing over and over and over again, tryin to even convince yourself your right.
