On Tuesday, April 20, an employee of Pike Electric, a contractor performing work for Progress Energy Carolinas near Rocky Mount, N.C., died as a result of injuries he sustained in an accident involving construction equipment.
Pike Electric will conduct an investigation of the event and will review its findings and share additional information as it becomes available.
