Well, I posted pics over on Duckhunter's fishing and hunting thread, but I wanted to say I've been gone because the Boss has been looking online a good bit lately trying to find a new boat.

We sold our 1994 Gambler a couple of months ago and he really started looking hard the last two weeks. Yeah, I was ready for him to get one too! :D

It really came down this week. We looked at one down the road and neither one of us really liked it. It was okay for the money, but as I told the Boss, "It doesn't ring my bell." He laughed and said, "Well, if the boss doesn't like it, we aren't buying!" That was funny. Since I'm the one that calls him Boss here.

So, Friday he calls me at work from home (he took off thinking we would be purchasing the other boat)and says he sees one on graigslist/Valdosta. And tells me to look at it. I did.....and it looked nice in the pics! So, we ride up to Valdosta-----and it looks better in person! WOW! Yeah, it rang my bell!!! LOL!

Here are the pics again for those of you that visit us ladies over here........

Today he went with our young neighbor to try it out. They left around 11am to go to Twin Lakes, GA where my uncle lives to test drive it on the water. If all goes well, we will bring it home tomorrow.

Man Google Earth is pretty darn neat, eh? My husband is a pro on it! LOL! I'm just now getting the hang of it. :D

Here is Twin Lakes.....my uncle has a wonderful place there....right on the corner. I've not been there in years, but it was nice to water ski there. Beautiful lakes.
