Just curious if all distribution Coops that are member owners of Generation and Transmission Coops seem to be at a great financial disadvantage in comparison to the G&T Coop. In our case the Generation Coop is far better paid with much better benefits and equipment than we are at the distribution Coop. Seems like that there should be some way to spread the dollars around from the rate payers so that both Coops are at a more equitable level financially. Does anyone at a distribution Coop out there have some kind of plan in place that spreads the wealth around in a more equal fashion ?? The entire system seems to be broken when it comes to being more fair about thr way money is spent and allocated . Distribution Coops have to pinch pennies while the G&T Coops spare no expense on anything . Seems like a very flawed business model . Any comments about this out there ? Thanks , Bear
