Hubby has me on a quest for non-conductive carabiners for a big tower job.
Are they called something else? I am not having much luck...any help would be greatly appreciated ;)

I've never come across non conductive carabiners. The fact they are load bearing devices means they generally have to be made of steel. Their interlocking arrangement even precludes easy insulation of the metal. That said, they are often used to attach woven non-conductive lanyards to metal eyes or wires, so being insulated wouldn't offer much advantage anyway.
Is your hubby getting tingles from inductive coupling?
