I was sittin' here thinking. I know it's not a good thing. And most of the time I really am talking STUFF. I mean not really anything important. Just STUFF.
I don't really throw things out there that is not really sufficient most of the time. It's okay. That's pretty much how I think and write most of the time. It's spontaneous a good bit of the time. No big deal really.
But sometimes I think (and this might be a woman thing) that I'm talking to the wind. I don't mind talking to the wind----thats how I go, but I just get....well, like I don't MEAN anything. That's okay.....but well since I'm not "really" in the Linework....that well it's time to hand it over to someone that IS.
I could really "get into" just reading. What I've called "lurking".....what I meant is just reading.....not posting....just reading.
It's not a bad thing really. That's what most of us lurkers do anyway. Well, maybe it's time for me to go............under. I'm writing this here because well...........I just want to get your opinion on it.....I guess.
I've thought about this along time. Many of you have KNOWN I have thought about this for a LONG time. I guess............I just don't know WHY I am here. I never expected to be here this long.
Can you all let me...........like know if I need to be here or not? I'd like to "really" like to know.

What does make sense. It's ok either way. To stay or not to stay? I felt welcomed when I saw you ask questions of my posts. Thanks. I lurked for years and remember first visiting in 99 or 00. I was working lots of hour jobs till 04 without much computer time. From then till now I just kind of lurked and enjoyed reading. I'm glad I did, I learned alot and saw some history and regular posters. Cool pix of the flowers. I'll try and post some of the waterfowl here now. Skies are black with geese, ducks and cranes with be here soon. Sucks getting older and not sleeping thru the night sometimes.

LA, STICK AROUND!!!! I for one enjoy reading your STUFF and interaction with the regulars on here!! Really enjoyed your posts about poles on the water. I had many years of setting and working on them down in the keys when I was much younger and was going to post a reply but got too lazy as the T-man work here in South Fla lately keeps me away from the computer!! :)

PLEASE STAY ON THIS SITE. You bring an unbiased view to some volatile posts, we need that. I also appreciate you curiosity and ability to bring up new topics, especially when we start cursing at each other.

Well, now I'm kinda embarrassed.....
For Swamp- yeah, that's what we women do! Confuse ya! That's all we live to do is confuse and complicate your lives! :D
Thanks Figurehead, woodwalker78, and Mr. Tolex. I tend to forget that you all can NOT respond to every thread, post, or PM all the time. I'm even the one that posts to others that not everyone wants to type on computer keys----reading is much easier! That would also fit the Boss. If he gets on the computer he would much rather look at boats or some fishing site. That's just him though.
As for me, I can type and read fast. I mean, that's what I do everyday! I'm writing emails, data work, and communicating with students, staff, and parents---whether it be on the phone or in person.
Yeah, and I've not been sleeping well at night lately. Which means I'm probably not getting enough rest----and it's the last of school days----hectic time.
But, most of the time if I get cranky I just leave for a few weeks until Swamp calls and sees if I'm dead. LOL! Instead of carrying on with this crap on the site. Jeeze! Sorry about that guys. I'm fine.

Aw, don't take it too seriously. Most of us are laughing as we type in our provocative posts. :D
I'm sure that being a teacher you're just about to get an absolutely MASSIVE paid holiday anyway.

I've enjoyed your posts as do other linemen, Please take no offence to the way I describe your information, if not you who then? There will be no one with yur experience to take care of the (Chickens) groundmen, truck drivers, grunts, app linemen, etc and Also the (ROOSTERS) Journemen Linemen. You bring a smile to my face when I read your posts and so does my wife. It would be a real shame to lose you. Please reconsider and stay with us. United we stand Divided we fall. best of luck in whatever you decide to do. :)

I'd miss you too, LA. Sometimes we don't answer you because we are too busy with other things, like looking for the darn washing machine. Or we are out mowing patterns in the yard, trying to get Tiger to play through. And sometimes, we just get overwhelmed with all the posts on here. Heck, I don't even answer my PM's all the time. Sometimes, I'm not even here for weeks or longer. It's nice knowing that when I do have time to read through all this jibberish, some familiar things will be there, like you, LA, and yes, you too, Swamp. To me, this site wouldn't be the same without you old timers on here. I don't care that you aren't a lineman, LA. You belong here, as long as it makes you happy being here. We enjoy reading what you have to say! And we can say pretty much anything without worrying about you being offended by us - this isn't a politically correct website, but more of a hostile environment, and you accept that, knowing that is just the way we are. Sorry, Lizzy, but you are going to have to start getting that PMS thing under control! Pre-MeltdownSyndrome!

LOL! Lizzy is one cool chick. She cracks me up with her real life stories. She thinks her life is a mess and a little wacky at times. I see it as normal and pretty darn funny. But, when it's not happening to you at the time, it is funny. :D Plus, I can relate to those days. Still can relate to them at times! Hey, we women have to stick together(there are so few of us here)! And it helps to talk/ write about it here. It really does.
Thanks Tramp. It's funny how some of you are pretty keen on how a woman thinks. I try not to be "too much" of one around here, but since I am one, it's hard not to be, I guess.
Thanks for the encouraging words guys. And from your wives! It means alot to me. Thanks.
