Do you guys "really" expect me to moderate around here? I mean....REALLY? :D
I took this job on because I was asked by Byron to "help out" while he wasn't around. He thought since I was here almost everyday or dropped by often, that I could keep an eye on things more than he could. I took it to mean that I was a "go between" person. If something goes haywire around here I either try and fix it, or let Byron know.
I just want you guys to know that I'm "limited" in what I can or can not do around here. And most of the time, I'm going to get Byron's advice on some of the situations that come up.
I want you guys to still feel free to let me know about things that come up or situations that need looking into....that's what I'm here for. That and throw in a bit of odd ball threads here and there. Heh.
I enjoy it here and I sincerely try to let you guys run the show. That's right. If you get mad and blow some steam to get your point across, have at it. It doesn't bother me. But, please know I'm not here to tell you how to act while you are on here. You are all grown men(and gal(s) ) and my job is not to be police your language or be your mother.
I'm here to help, have fun, and well....ask questions and such. I like the humor in which most of you apply to these threads. Whether it be about work, home, life experience or a joke here and there. Most of you guys have made me feel welcome here and I do appreciate that. I appreciate that alot. And whether I agree with you or not about most topics! :D I like that stuff! I don't want us all to be the same, do you??? :D
