Anyone a Maui Electric employee? How is it working for them and do you make enough to support a family there?

Got a buddy over there, came from outside line here in So. Cal. He likes it, but we're surfers and that's about all there is over there. He finished his proby time and is now working as dispatch/system operator. It's really small time, and its pretty typical utility b.s. so take it for what its worth. Money is definitely less, and OT pay is low.
