at work last week came back from testing a tranny after the shutdown when my no2 jumped in the back of the van and says "give us your harness i,ll hang it up" he then caught his left eye on a pair of spike,s that were hanging up .
blood every where and more swear words than i could imagine
got the first aid kit out but to be honest as soon as i seen it i knew he needed the hospital
put him in the van and headed off met the boss at the bottom off the road
the boss told him what happened and he said he,d take him
so off
they headed
phoned jerry (the cyclops) up later that night he told me the doc at the local hospital patched him up but he would have to see an eye specialist in glasgow the next day 150 miles away the boss told him he would have to get the bus there or wait till friday (accident happened on wednesday)
coz we were a bit streched at work and he could,nt afford the man to take him
couldnt belive that work before someone,s sight is that what we mean to him anyway works night out on thurs night and the boys gave him a right kicking wasnt there myself but would of loved to saw it
