not sure what's going on here... I can't reply to your post either. I was tring to get the guys with little expierence trouble shooting 4.8 kv delta something to think about. the transformer had failed with one leg of the primary 2.8kv going to ground inside the transformer.delta primarys can take one ground on the circuit without a problem. your phase to phase voltage will read fine but grounded phase to ground will read 0. as soon as I removed the hotline clamps from the tub the ground on the primary cleared and the phase to phase voltage went back to normal... 4.8kv. the phase to ground went back to normal 2.8kv on each leg. what I found intresting was the vector of the delta actually distorted somewhat to read 6kv phase b to phase a
