I can't get this thing to post in reply to your thread etc. about the single phase 4800 delta CSP transformer so I'll just do it this way.
If the transformers on both side have normal voltage on a single phase line, then you have to have a bad pot or you have not stated all the pertinent facts.
You state having 6000 volts on 1 phase and 0 volts on the other phase. Checked to what and how? An ungrounded delta cannot be checked one wire at a time since there is no reference to ground. I don't understand your explanation.
You need to give more details. Scenario makes no sense.
