That is what we call it .....you go to an all-out ticket and it is either a large multi-set meter apartment building or a moble home park everyone has lights but the persons address you are going to re-set the outside breaker and bingo the lights go on :eek: your the hero and they feel dumb. Happens several times a week. I love stupid E-Z tickets.
