California is about the best bet. But if you want the East, call L.U.1249 in Syracuse NY, 126 in Philly, 104 in Boston, 1319 in wilkes Barre, or 42 in Hartford. They all have tons of work! And the rate is around $35.00/ hour. Not too bad. Moe
