Mutual Aid Trips

I am curious how other locals choose who goes away on Mutual Aid trips for storms in other states. Do they always go to the senior members or does it rotate through the roster??

The first one of the year is seniority. Then rotation.

We have a list and you rotate through if you don't go when its your turn then you will stay at the back of the list, And if you allways volinteer and you cant go then the one's that never go are forced too.
