How long have I seen this name? I think the first time I saw Mr. Batts on this site was looking over the Boss's shaking shoulders and he and Swamprat was having one heck of a curse word race! I don't know which one had the bigger words! And I asked the Boss, "Good grief! What are you reading dear? And what is so funny? They look mad honey!"

It was then that the Boss introduced me to Powerlineman.com. But, I didn't start posting until another year later. The Boss would get off and on but never did register. But, I'll never forget that old forum. It wasn't as plush as this one is now. And some of you guys probably remember it too!

Now, I wanted to ask Mr. Batts a few questions. Uh........sorta like an interview or maybe just a chat kinda thing. If you have questions to ask him, it's okay, but I ask that you please keep it civil, okay? I'm making my way down the line and I'd love to get to all of you, but Mr. Batts has....well, been the only one so far that has given me a confirmation.

While you were off tramping, what is the best thing and the worse thing that you saw happen in linework?

Right now there is a thread over in Union Issues about a strike. Since not every company is union, how do you persuade an non-union contractor/company not to cross a line....without pissing them off, of course. In my opinion, once you piss them off and tell them they are low down rat trash, I'm thinking they wouldn't give a care.

Heh. I've not seen all the episodes either. However, the Boss and my kids sure loved it. Now it's reruns on A&E.
