Shock em? Ah no I was more gentle than that! LOL But I will say the 60's was a good time to grow up! Things were so simple then. I don't remember the hate and terror back then.

Prior commitment to Uncle Sam made me miss 63 thru 67 but I made up for it when I got back.Spent most of late 60's with bandages from burning my candles at both ends

You were gentle Loo???? REALLY???? :D You are right, it was simplier back then. I remember getting excited at spring. Mom said we could go barefoot on March 23. LMAO! Now the kids these days are in the house playing games on the computer or chatting on the internet. I'm so glad my kids were grown before all that started. So glad.
STEVE!!!!! Hey there! WHOA! From 63 thru 67?? I'm afraid I didn't really watch the Vietnam War until the '70's. Probably around '72 and up really. I didn't show an interest until around 12 yrs old. Thank you for your service sir. I, for one, appreciate it.

Wild? Yes I probably was, sometimes. I got married in 67 so I wasted part of the 60's. Got drafted in 68 and finished off the 60's in the Army. I got out in 70 and made it as far as the Newark airport and had fake blood thrown on me by some hippies who didn't like the Vietnam war. Myself and a man who lost his arm in Nam beat the snot out of 2 of them. The N.J. cops put us on a plane to Boston and locked up the hippies! Maybe I was wild! ;)
Ummm Disco still sucks! :D
