A little bird told me G. Forbes is trying to sell us out, I hear he trying siding with the company on a more than a few issues.He is trying to pass without a membership vote midstream this.....send us home then callout and you must return in, they'll bridge your time,but not pay you for it,but you''ll have your 16 in sooner..........example : you get off a 4 , you get called at 8 you MUST COME IN, you don't get paid from 4-8, but at 11:30 you'll have your 16.
Sounds like thier "on call" they want so bad !!!
Read this good.........When forced for OT,(afternoon storms) Forbes feels the company can give you regular work during the meantime until it hits the fan and that is OK....Who's side is this guy on??? Not ours for sure,we still need to clean house down there........He feels he can do this without a vote or on his own decide for us, he told some that at a recent meeting.I am fed up with his ways.
