We just got hit with a heavy hammer.........some of us started to receive letters that we have to pay back our unemployment we finally receivd from strike. The union won a bunch of appeals and we got unemployment checks and now the company won a reversal.
The union already appealed it.
The letter said it needs to be paid back immediately and with a fine! This is from the State.
What ever........I enjoyed my time off.
So how many times can you appeal a court case. Im just tired....take your money just go away.
