work in PA

I'm a apprentice 6th step going to top out in less than a year. Looking to drag to pennsylvania, York, PA is there anyone who can tell me about the cost of living all the imporant stuff. I have a family so I have there best intrest. Is the work good and is the O.T there. I'm going to be a lineman so I'll go where the work is but i'd like to raise my family in a nice town good values hard workers good community. Thanks all HEDGEHOG
